  • Who Ships My Order?

We use An Post for all shipments. Please note that we cannot control any delays which may occur on the part of any third-party postal providers who deliver on our behalf. Thank you for your understanding.

When I place my order, how long before I receive it?

Our small We-Consent team is always hard at work on a variety of projects, so please bear with us in getting your order to you.  We always aim to ship orders within 7 working days of the date the order is placed. Please note that while your package will leave our premises at this time, it is then over to An Post for delivery to your door!

If you require your order before a specific date, please contact us at ahead of placing your order and we will do our best to facilitate that.

Refunds and Returns

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must let us know within 14 days of the date of receipt of your items for a full refund. The item(s) must be posted back within 14 days of notifying us of the return.

Arranging a return

3. Take your return to a Post Office and send it back to us – please remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our office, so please ensure you retain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit. We do not cover the cost of return postage.

Returns will be processed within 14 days of the date of return and will be refunded via your original payment method. We will email you to let you know when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be credited to your account.

Damaged goods

If you receive damaged products or the wrong product is sent to you, you should notify us as soon as possible, quoting the order number. You may return the products for a full refund. The refund will include all postage and packaging charges you have reasonably incurred. Please contact our team at for more information on how to return any faulty or incorrect items.

Changing an order

In most circumstances, it will not be possible to make changes to an order once it is placed. Please contact us within 24 hours of making your order, quoting the order number, for the best chance of making an amendment. If it is too late to cancel your delivery, any unwanted items will need to be returned as outlined in our returns policy.

To change details of your delivery address, to remove items or to cancel it completely; please contact us at within 24 hours of placing your order, quoting your order number. We are unable to guarantee that any changes can be made once an order has been placed.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. For information on your statutory rights and your right to withdraw from your purchase within the cooling-off period of 14 working days, visit the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

Xmas Last Order Dates

We know everybody likes to get a We-Consent gift for Christmas and we want to make sure your order gets delivered in time.

With that in mind, we’ve listed some very important dates for you to note before you place your order with us. Orders placed after these dates will not be delivered in time for Christmas and we don’t want that now do we?

Please note: We do not deliver items ourselves – we deliver via An Post. As a result, We-Consent cannot be held responsible for any delays with third-party delivery companies.

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland deliveries: Orders must be placed before 12 noon on 15th December 2023.
